I would head for the health food store and get some acidopholus, it helps to regulate the flora in your gut. It should help slow down the diahrrea, which is probably not being helped my the meds. Also, I would maybe eat yogurt, I've never heard of the BRAT diet, so I'm not sure whether or not it's a good idea. Just remember that whatever you pick up to try, if it's non-medicinal/herbal remedies you need to call the pharmacy and make sure that it's safe to have with your antibiotics. While the people at the health store are excellent resources, they aren't pharmaceutically trained and won't be abreast of all medicial complications.
Good luck and let us know if you find something that works!
