I check the DFPS website regularly even on the daycare my children. It shows violations and periodic assessment results.

I have a one year old and I'm considering moving him from a house day care to Kids R Kids in Keller, TX. Anybody has experience with them? I like that they have the web cam, but I'm wondering how friendly and caring are the staff. Thanks:)

I'm sending you a personal response.
I don't have experience with the KRK in Keller however my four year has attended the KRK in Las Colinas for the past 2 years and we absolutely love them. We just enrolled our 3 month old as well!! Great staff within the KRK family.
My kids have been there since the day it opened. They don't get sick, we have consistent teachers, love the directors and owners. We have had nothing but positive experience!
I am an in home childcare provider and I have had a few interviews from ppl who came from there.
I'm not sure why. They didn't say much other than the classroom their child was in was the teach had no control.
But that's not a Center issue as much as a TEACHER issue.
I've been in childcare for 27 years and I've worked in some Corp. Daycares.
Good luck with your choice.
my kids are at Childrens Courtyard on Beach & Shiver. I have taken my kids to Courtyard off and on since my oldest was 2 and she is about to turn 9. We started off in Bedford, and now we are here. The teachers at the current location have been there since my little one was born (she is 6). Of course that is the after school building however the original teacher she had as a newborn is still in the little kids building. They are wonderful, they have lots for the kids to do. I look at the Daycare website for violations as well and am extremely picky but I love courtyard.
Hi Rima:
My son was at Kids R Kids for more than 1 year, but he was getting sick all the time, so, I move him to a home care and he is doing better, I liked the staff but they rotate to much, the only reason I keep my son so long inthere was because the cameras, you can watch them all the time and also you can record and go back to see what's going on.
I like it, but they are more worry for the money than take care of your child, they hire some young people that they do not care for the kids, one day a girl hit my son infront of the teacher and she did not do anything, I print the pictures and took it to the principal.
I like the building, but I think these teachers are not certified or do not have to much experience on kids, they are on their late teens (18 or 19)they have some really nice and awesome teachers, but some are not... one more time, the good thing about this place are the cameras....!! Maybe I am just a picky mom but I want for my son the best!!
