Do you mean the ones for kinect? We have Dance Central and it's pretty fun. But kinect also has some other excersize ones that would be more effective. If you are getting 30-45 solid minutes of cardio a day, it will help lose weight if you are also eating right. But if you want to tone or focus on problem areas and burn more calories, then do one with weights. There are plenty of at home easy weight routines here:
