Spray the insides of the liner with baking spray and the cupcakes almost fall right out. Good luck with that.
Okay as crazy as this sounds does anyone know how to keep the cake from sticking to the liners when you do cupcakes? Certainly there is a secret that I have missed somewhere. I love to cook and recently have had a wild hair to make cupcakes of all kinds. Also anyone know of a good bakery on a daily basis for things in the Mid-cities area other than Celebirty or Central Market?

Texas Star Bakery at Harwood & Hurstview is the absolute best! They do all our cakes for every occasion...they can draw or create anything. The best part is that they not only look good, but they taste great! Nothing is worse than a really beautifully done cake that tastes horrible. They also do cookies and cupcakes and other various baked goods.
Central Market and Texas Star Bakery are great on a daily basis.
Good luck with your nursing. I have been an RN for 34 years
Not sure if this is what you are looking for but Texas Star is an awesome bakery in Hurst. And, Market Street in Colleyville has a great yummy selection.
I use PAM too. It works great. Just spray them after you put the liners into the tin.
How in the world do you have time for cupcakes with 3 kids, working nights, and starting college. That's awesome!
The foil ones you can buy work great. They come off a lot easier than the paper ones do. They are sold in the baking aisle at the grocery store along with the plain paper ones in that little tub.
Well, when I make cupcakes I use PAM or the paper for cupcakes,or try this spread butter very well, and then put a little flour on top , this can help ,

Texas Bakery on Harwood and Hurstview. AMAZING cookies, cakes, cupcakes. This is all I've had there, so they may even have more.
i spray mine with pam before cooking cupcakes... :) or sometimes I don't even use liners.. i use a silicone cupcake baking dish
I make cupcakes on a regular basis too. I use Pam when I do not want them to stick and I use the silver liners. As for a bakery in the area, Are you looking for a bakery with cupcakes? I work in a bakery in Grapevine, The Bread Haus, but we do not make cupcakes. We do however make awesome bundt cakes. Everything is organic and natural. If you want cupcakes there is now a Sprinkles in Southlake Town Center or Delicious cakes next to Central Market in Southlake.
Hope this helps!!!
BAKERS JOY is a great non-stick spray for bakers. It's over there by the PAM. For a bakery...try Creative Memories in Hurst. If you are interested in a bakery that just does cupcakes, there is Cupcake Cottage in Fort Worth. They have a website, and I found out about them on the news.
Creative Memories, Bedford-Euless Rd., Hurst. Awesome cakes.
Texas Star off of Harwood in Bedford. LOVE their brownies.
