So, I finally have some closure. I was awarded

Full custody.
Child support $1600 month.
Supervised visits.

What's important is my daughter will have an opportunity to ease into uninterrupted visits with him should he show.

If anyone has an experience in this area, please share. Thanks!!!
Well, it was a long road to this point and I am at peace, somewhat. Thank goodness.

What can I do next?

Never think your ex won't try to screw you over. I just watched a lady I know say she wasn't after the guys money and was leaving it alone. After support was set she all of a sudden had a change of heart. Besides taking a lot of money for support she is expecting to get a ton of cash from something he owned prior to her. She already has plans to spend it on a new truck. I'm glad you caught his butt. Never trust this man again. I watched my ex fall flat on his butt in court too. They think they are so smart they believe their own lies. Then they try to lie in court and get busted. That's why it's so important to have a lawyer. His is probably furious with him for lying to him. Congrats Mama!

Sweet. Sounds like the best possible ending to a bad situation.

Now you and your daughter can begin to heal and move on.
Blessings...

Congrats! We are navigating this terrain with my step-daugther's mother and it's scary. You must be so relieved! She gave us custody and moved out of state a few months ago and signed and notarized an agreement but we haven't been able to file in court and she won't sign the paper work that we need her to, so it's been a nerve-wracking time. I hope to be joining you in the relieved camp some time soon! Good luck with getting every else worked out. I've heard that temporary orders set the stage for the final decision so it looks like things are going your way...congrats again!
