Convertable Bed Help.

You can call the company and have them send the instructions to you. We bought a glider rocker and had a broken piece, called the company and a new part was sent. Too easy. Also, you can see if they have a website. Sometimes companies will put instruction manuals online that you can either download or print for free, I know I did that for a desk that I bought. We have a bed that converts. We love it! It was fairly east to go from crib to toddler bed! Good luck!!

Hey you will need to call the place you bought it from or a store the sells it and get the number to it You can call to get instructions or see if the can fax or mail it to you on how to do it. Hopefully it works.

Whatever brand the bed is,,go to their website and write to them. Our daughter's bed is a lifetime crib as well,,it turns into a toddler bed, (which we already did by taking the footboard part off and adding the rail in its place that came with it,,she did great,,loves her big girl bed) then it turns into a full size bed when she is big enough. You have to buy the metal frame for a full size bed when you buy the mattress...and it just screws on like any other headboard and foot board onto the frame. But I am srue if you go to the maker's website, they would be happy to give you perfect directions :-)

Usually, you will take the railings off of the crib and the crib will convert into something like a sleigh bed (depending on what kind of convertible crib you got). The extra parts will be part of the "frame" that will connect the headboard to the footboard. Try searching the internet on the type of convertible crib you have and how to convert it. That's what I had to do since I had no instructions either...Hope this helps! :)

Usually, you can go to the manufacturer's website and instructions are available there. I have one of the same types of beds, and as long as you know the name & style, you should be able to find it easily.

What brand bed is it? I might can help I have done a couple for myself and a few for friends.

Well what I would do if this happend to me would be to look up the manufactur of the maker of the crib, if you can remember, then go to that site, and they may have further instruction on how to change the crib there. Just an idea.

If you can't get the instructions from the manufacturer try googling "convert crib to bed instructions" I found several sets of instructions that you might be able to use to figure it out.

If you don't have the instructions, look the model number and brand up on the net. You should be able to find the info you need. Most convertables convert into a tot bed or day bed before they do into a full size bed. Our crib did that by taking the front off and adding a board to the bottom to stablize it. What kind of crib do you have?

You can try looking it up online. I have done that many times when I can't find instructions to things.

If it's anything like most, mine the up/down side came off so it was a daybed type toddler-bed. Then when they're bigger you can open it up to a full size bed just using the "headboard" and there's enough parts left over to have a loveseat.
