Cloth Diaper Favs

Fuzzi Bunz are great...no leaks, seem to be comfortable to wear, keep baby dry, hold alot, are trim under clothes and look cute w/o clothes.

Motherease is a sturdy long lasting diaper, but is bulky and not as cute as others.

For the price, Kushies from Walmart.com are pretty good. They don't leak, but they are super bulky and my older toddler sometimes complains that the legs hurt. They don't actually, but I think they might be more restrictive than other diapers.

For little ones that don't move a lot, I like a generic trifold (burpcloth) with plastic pants...can't beat the price on those at Walmart!

these are the diapers we use, they r wondeful, great quality, no leaks and do not brake a bank:)

Favorite - chinese prefolds with a bummis whisper wrap (SO CUTE)

Next favorite - fuzzi bunz stuffed with a prefold (our first fuzzi bunz was a lemon and leaked no matter how I stripped it and I had written them off until I got some more for $1 a piece used and it turned out they are GREAT!)

Least favorite - a birdseye prefold under anything.. they are super breathable, but don't absorb nearly enough for my kiddos and I always had leaks around the legs :(

But if you're on a budget don't worry, prefolds and prowraps work great, they just aren't as cute as patterned covers so they don't make my "favorite" list :)

I like our BumGenius - they are a little worn out after 3 straight years of use, though! I really like using a prefold (old style diapers we now use for burp cloths) and a Bumkins wrap. Super easy and very inexpensive (the diapers can come from Walmart of Target!) Good luck on your cloth diaper journey!

I love FUZZIBUNZ! Sooo easy to use! So many cute colors! The clean easily. I love the fleece lining because after a night it still feels dry.
I love Thirsties wrap. Not the Duo, but original. I've tried the Duo and love it too, but it doesn't fit my son very well. You can fit a lot of extra fluff in there.

Sunbaby - CHEAP! Good for the price, I have to 3.0 version, they have since come out with a newer version that I think will fit my LO better. I think the 3.0's are small for a one size diaper. http://stores.ebay.com/sunbaby-shop

Don't Like:

We started on Bum Genius one-size (sm) & Kissaluvs with Thirsties covers when our daughter was born. Once she outgrew that size we graduated to Bum Genius all-in-one's with snaps (great fit & so much better than the velcro closure). I chose the BG so that my husband would be more comfortable with cloth diapering since it was new to both of us. For this reason it was a great decision, the BG really helped us have confidence in cloth diapering and have a great life-span. The only downside of a fitted or all-in-one diaper is the cost.

Our new favorite are cotton pre-folds with snappi closures & Thirsties snappi covers. So much more affordable $24 for a dozen diapers vs. $24 for one fitted or all-in-one diaper. Once we got over the panic of "old fashion" diapers and "how the heck do we fold theses things and get them on a wiggly baby" we would never go back. Pre-folds are awesome! Pre-fold maintenance is night & day easier which is vital with little ones around. They wash & dry much quicker and easier and can be washed with any detergent, which is another huge money saver.

As far as keeping dirty diapers we love a simple lidded diaper pail with Planet Wise wet bags (large with elastic closure for pail & small zip top for diaper bag). We tried Blueberry brand but stitching and waterproofing did not make it past a year of use.

Now that we have fallen in love with pre-folds I have so many brand new & some gently used Bum Genius one-size (small), Kissaluvs (small), Thirsties covers (small) that I would be happy to share with you for a good deal. Just PM if you are interested or have any questions.
