Water and Blue Shop Rags, the paper towel kind.
Mist the window 1 area ar a time and Just wipe it dry.
NOTHING I have found works better.
After that Ice Window cleaner.
I have a Ford Fusion and since I bought it, the inside of the car window has a film over it that I can't clean for anything. Any suggestions?

my inside front window always gets a film... the best is alcohol..rubbing alcohol on a rag... also i just bought the thing to clean the front window... it's from bed bath and beyond... it cost 9.99 it's a sponge on a pole and you spray the window.. push the sponge over it .. and its great.. try it out.. good luck
I bought some purple rags from flylady.net. I don't know why they work better than anything else, but they are GREAT, you can reuse them and you don't need any type of spray.
If windex doesn't get it, you MAY have a coolant leak (aka spraying / misting antifreeze which blows up onto the window when you start your car. You don't notice it at first, unless you have a great sense of smell, and smell "sweet"). DEFINITELY have your car checked, since that stuff is poison.
Did you buy it new? If so, I would call the dealer since it's been there since you bought it.
If you want to remove the file WD40 will do the trick, or you can use organic cleaning with steam http://www.detailxperts.net/organic_interior_steam_cleaning
antifreeze leak or ....is there a smoker in the family?
vinegar/water solution & newspapers works great in my family. I also carry Windex wipes.....we have 2 large dogs!
I get that as well and then I take it to a car wash (that wipes down the inside) amd have them do it :) Call me lazy but it lookis great afterwards :)
i know this sounds weird, but try wiping it with newspaper.
I would use a mixture of a teaspoon of alcohol and vinegar mixed with a spray bottle full of water and spray it down and dry
