When I went back to work (many years ago) I had 4 little ones. I found a teenager to come and 'help' me clean. She babysat while I did the dishes and laundry, and I had her help by cleaning the floors and bathrooms, make beds, pick up toys etc. Sometimes it is just easier to clean when you have an extra pair of willing hands. Worked for me and it wasn't as expensive as a service (or an adult for that matter). She was enthusiastic about doing a good job and I was there to oversee her work and teach her how I wanted things done - like sorting the socks into colors so little boys could dress themselves.
BONUS: We ended up with a great babysitter for an occasional dinner out too.
Maybe the local high school can help you find a young woman who is interested in making some money.
