I recommend money! I think you will put a smile on her face if you give her more of what she is needing......money! She wouldn't be babysitting if she didn't need the money!
I am undecided and really don't know what to get my daughter's babysitter for Christmas. I was thinking about getting her a Snuggie due to when I go drop off my girl she comes out with a blanket over instead of a jacket. So I thought that would be cute but then again I think it is too lame for her. So really enjoys my daughter and takes really good care of her and I know my girl enjoys her cause she always has a smile on her face when she sees her in the morning. Does anyone have a good suggestion on what I could get her for Christmas?

snuggies are not lame, they are cool. maybe a gift card, or some warm boots
I figure if you're babysitting you don't have a lot of money. So I would maybe give her a snuggie, but definitely with a good amount of cash wrapped up in it.
You don't say her age, but I assume she is fairly young, so money or a gift card are always great. A Visa gift card is always popular in our family. It's like a credit card, but you don't have to pay the bill!!
Go for the snuggie in her favorite team - TCU, A&M, UT. Or get her one of those beautiful cardigan wrap things that are in all the stores. They're oversized and comfy and can be dressed up with cute jeans and a tank.
Girls love Bath & Bodyworks!
Get her a gift card. Girls love to shop and she'll appreciate the opportunity.
When in doubt, gift cards are fine. Do you know where she shops - or where she would LIKE to shop? Has she ever mentioned wanting a new hairstyle, or a pedicure, or a massage? Has she ever said, "I wish I could paint my bedroom a different color"? Has she ever said, "Oh, I NEVER can have too many books to read!"? Has she ever said, "I have all these lovely old photographs and one day I'll get frames for them"? A gift card from the appropriate store could at least put her on her way to getting something she's dreamed about.
Whatever you decide on, give her a Christmas card with it - with a handwritten note inside about how much you appreciate her great care of your daughter. There are way too few kind words actually spoken/written in this world, and sometimes they are among the best gifts.
If you know of anything she collects, you could add to her collection. Our sitter collected Disney Snowglobes. We also gave her a fleece blanket that I tied. It was a Disney theme on 1 side and a solid color on the other. I also had her name embroidered on the solid side. We gave her gift certificates for dinner, manicure and just cash. I'm sure that she will be happy with whatever you choose.
maybe you could give her a nice Jacket... but I also like the snuggie with a gift card idea, just be sure if you put the gift card inside the snuggie that is she knows to look for it so it doesn't get lost by accident.
Money or a gift card (from Visa, Mastercard or a mall card for multiple stores) presented nicely, maybe with a seasonal ornament that your daughter selects. This way your sitter can use it on her own time and in her own choosing.
The Snuggie is a great idea, and it sounds like she'd use it. If you want to add to your gift, you can get one of those giant mugs and some cocoa packets, or gourmet coffees, or whatever she likes to do to relax. There's candles, books, bath products, puzzles,DVDs, the list goes on.
Is this a full time childcare arrangement or a now and then sitter? For a full time caregiver, you should give her an extra weeks' pay for a Christmas bonus, and the snuggie would be nice for a gift to go along with the bonus. If she is a casual sitter, I think the snuggie and a small gift card would be fine.
