Does anyone have a chiropractor they could reccomend in Plano. I have had really painful neck stiffness during this pregnancy and nothing seems to be helping. I was told to look into a chiropractor. This is a foreign thing for me as I have never used one before.

YES!! I love my chiropractor. She adjusted me throughout my last pregnancy. Not only is she a fantastic doctor, but she is a genuine, good hearted person. Dr. Melissa Shelton ###-###-####. Her office is at Preston and Hedgcoxe just south of Hwy 121.

Depending on where you are in Plano...my chiropractor is fabulous in frisco. Dr. Jason Venn...he uses the Gonstead method...no twisting of the neck which is much safer. He adjusted me thru two pregnancies and also adjusted both my kids!!
I have been going to my chiropractor for about 6 years and he took EXCELLENT care of me during my pregnany. It's actually a father/son duo and the son has 4 kids, so needless to say, he knows how to take excellent care of his wife during pregnancy!
They also have massage therapists on staff, so if your insurance covers it, you can get a massage too. No worries, they have a special belly pillow and they know what they can and can't do for pg women and massage.

I recommmend either one. I see Sr, but that's only because Jr didn't join the business until about a year after I started going. They are both EXCELLENT!
