My friend will be having her first child late August early Sept....looking for dayhome or daycare center in Las Colinas/Irving area.

The problem with daycare is that there are HUNDREDS of options available in most areas, in group daycare alone, much less nannies, au pairs, etc. there are great research tools online, but on sites like these, at most you might find 3-4, and often no current ones.

Go to the site for your local licensing agency for state child care. They will have a list of all licensed child care facilities and you can read the past inspections on those facilities too. That way you can know what the licensing agency thinks of them and if there have been any complaints.
