The Joffrey Ballet of Chicago has classes for kids 3+. A friend said they offer ballet classes for kids 1+ at Latin Street Dance. Best of luck on your search!

My 3 1/2 year old has been taking ballet at a new place called Kids Dance. I'm not sure where in Chicago you are located, but they are near Irving Park and Pulaski. My daughter likes it alot. There is a ballet studio on Southport near School St. I think it's called Ballet L'Enfant. I haven't taken any classes or know of any one, but I hope to enroll my little one when the time is right.
Look up chicago park districts on the net. They have ALL kinds of classes and their availability. You can even sign up for classes online.
