I agree with Missy about the American cheese, but any of the others are just fine. With the cheddar cheese, do make sure it's mild cheddar, otherwise it will be too strong for her sensitive taste buds.
If you have access to fresh cream cheese, that might be another option. Cream cheese is a little tar, so you could sweeten it a little with some homemade jam, agave, or whatever you use as a sweetener.
As a side note, be sure to check with your doctor about honey...I'm not sure how old children need to be before they can handle honey. Before a certain age, their digestive system cannot process the botulism that naturally occurs in honey, so its always best to ask the doctor first.
