I second the homeopathy suggestion- 100% safe during pregnancy- and have you been taking LOTS of probiotics? Tried cranberry juice? (not the sugary kind, the straight up concentrated cranberry with a non-sugar sweetener like stevia herb?- that usually helped me A LOT).
My biggest worry for you is that your body flora will be detrimentally effected by all the antibiotics. When you are pregnant and are higher in progesterone than estrogen, your body "climate" is already more conducive to negative flora, and antibiotics paves the way for yeast to florish... so get a really good probiotic to restore yourself. Our babies get their first dose of probiotics from whatever is residing in our body as they come out the vaginal canal, and making sure you have good bacteria means your babies chances for not getting things like thrush and colic will be better.
I've heard so many doctors say "oh, your body restores its flora by itself..." YEAH, but not necessarily in a positive way if you're not helping it by introducing good flora. That's why UTI's can be a recurring thing and yeast infections can too... because without all those good guys in there its so much easier to succumb again.
