Aerobic exercise is one of the fastest ways to lose fat. You will also want to start doing leg exercises, like lunges, squats. There are a lot of exercise videos you can get to do at home that are excellent. I would highly recommend the new Jeri Love videos, Kathy Smith, The Firm (the older workouts are better and use less "tools" than the newer ones), Kari Anderson (best aerobic ones out there with no tools required), Gin Miller & her Reebok videos....I could go on and on. Also, I know it sounds silly, but soda pop is a big factor in cellulite. Stop drinking soda and start drinking a lot of water- at least 8 8oz. glasses/day. Diet is important in everything we do, so make sure you get some good diet advice. A diet that restricts something, other than empty calories (junk food), is not a good diet to be on. In fact, rather than worry about diet, look more into life changes.
Good luck with that and hopefully you'll be able to get rid of the cellulite soon!
