You could do the iron or blow dryer. Just put a brown paper bag on it so the wax will melt into it.
My husband thought it would be funny to pour candle wax on the driveway. He just did it bc he knew it would bug me. I am kind of a neat freak so this really gets on my nervers everytime I walk outside and see it. Any idea how to get it off? I tried scraping it and most came off but you can still see where it was.

My suggestion would be to go to the library and take out the book "To Kill a Mockingbird". Even if you have read it before, take it out again. Everytime that candle wax starts to bug you, go inside, put your feet up, and read the book.
Your husband is going to do stuff like this to bug you as long as stuff like this bugs you.
If it's not a danger or safety hazard to anyone then just drop it. Your husband can only get at you and irritate you if you give him permission to. You're the only one who can allow you to be offended, irritated, annoyed, angry, etc. If I were to see something like that on someone's driveway, I would just assume that they had kids and were letting the kids have fun, not that it looked messy or out of place.
I know that WD-40 works on getting melted colors out of fabric as well as using an iron with out steam on top of paper (news paper, paper towels, or paper bag) does work to get wax out of carpet and off furniture. I would think that it would work on your driveway as well. However over time the wax should wear off.
I would scrap the wax off and let nature wear the oils and such off, in the future if you are concerned about stains in you drive way there are lots of driveway sealant products on the market. They prevent oil from your cars and stuff from staining the concrete. My Dad was really persnickety about drippings from vehicles marring the driveway and he'd use those sealant products, apparently it worked well.
A hair dryer is the best thing for getting candle wax off of anything.
The only things that come to mind are to VERY carefully use a blow torch on a very low setting , or even just one of those long neck lighters and just heat it off. Also I used to use this for just regular stains on the driveway I would use something called Fast Orange. Its actually a mechanic's hand cleanser but it works miracles for grease stains on the driveway just squirt a couple of pumps on the affected area spritz with the hose and scrub with a push broom or scrubbrush (it works better than actual driveway cleaner and you can get tit really cheap at any parts store like Car Quest or at your local hardware store.) Other than that I would just let the elements do their job and let the heat wind and rain wash it off for you. Good luck and tell your hubby he's a goober ( ;D LOL)
A pressure washer will do the trick. We had a candle spill over on our outdoor patio. I used the pressure washer a week later and you can't tell where it was.
It will eventually wear off. Or you can use dish detergent and a scrub brush. You can try heating it up and melting it. Not really sure, dont think i ever knew anyone to have candle wax on the driveway, normally on furnture.
I don't know if it's colored wax or not, but you could always try the brown paper bag & iron thing. Put the paper bag down directly over the wax and iron it (no steam). The iron melts the wax and the bag absorbs it - it might take an extension cord depending on how long your driveway is, but it'll take care of most of it! :)
Our son knocked a candle that had been burning onto our tile floor and I used the iron/papertowel method. It got most of it, but not all :(. I think pourous surfaces laugh at our attempts to remove things ! The sunshine will eventually fade the color atleast, but I would try the iron & papertowel to get all that you can so maybe it wont be such an eye sore for you.
Tell your husband he needs a new hobby, haha :).
