Can You Help with My Skin?

I am 27 wks pregnant, and since about 10 weeks, my entire face/cheek on one side has been covered in pimples/acne. I wash it twice a day with a cleanser. I eat a balanced diet and drink tons of water. I didn't have this during my first pregnancy.
Does anyone have any suggestions to make my skin better, or I am just destined to have this during the rest of the pregnancy? I'm pretty particular about what I use while I'm pregnant, so I'm mostly curious if anyone has any natural (non-chemical) remedies that might work?
Thanks so much for your help!

I had this problem when I was pregnant with my son. I normally have great skin. Even as a teen I never broke out. Since it's hormonal I don't think you can really do anything about it. Try not to over wash it because that could also cause breakouts as well as dry skin.

It's hormonal so there is not much more you can do. Try using Proactive but you may have to live with it till you have your baby.

Arbonne has some good products. A bit pricey, but since you'll probably be clear again when baby is born, you'd only have to buy it once. Arbonne is a somewhat natural, less chemical type of products. GL! & Congrats on baby!

Magnesium oil...also great for any skin problems including wrinkles. Very safe to use while pregnant, just be aware it might be slightly painful when first applied.

Are you hydrating your face enough? It may seem counter-intuitive, but adding moisture to my oily face actually helps it from breaking out. I use Cerave (Cereve?)'s lotion. It's light, unscented and my dermatologist recommends it. I use baby wash as a face wash since it's super gentle. Otherwise, you may be stuck with it for now, but not forever. When those hormones calm down you should return to normal.
