I like my Kodak Easyshare.
I wanted to know of an inexpensive camera less than 200.00, that takes quality photos. Any suggestions?
thanks

Cannon Powershot or Nikon CoolPix. I have one, my SIL had the other.
A camera is a device that records images that can be stored directly, transmitted to another location, or both. These images may be still photographs or moving images such as videos or movies. The term camera comes from the word camera obscura (Latin for "dark chamber"), an early mechanism for projecting images. The modern camera evolved from the camera obscura

Another vote for Canon. We've had a number of different models & been very happy. My daughter had the Nikon Coolpix &, although she's careful with things, it wasn't very reliable (rather unusual for a Nikon, ubt our experience).
I've had a Panasonic Lumix for years, it took great pictures (it was recently stolen).
My daughter had a Nikon Coolpix. She hated it. After a year she replaced it with a Panasonic Lumix, and she loves it.
Panasonic, Cannon and Sony all make good cameras. The thing I didn't like about the Sony I had was it needed a special Sony disc.
my best advice would be if you have a best buy in your area go there and check out some stuff.. cheapest with the highest pixel count (i think thats right i have no idea lol) .. anyway while i was pregnant i went to best buy to get a camera before the baby was born... we were going for cheap.. i got a 45$ vivitar camera and its actually pretty decent.. they actuallly have quite a few cameras for less than 200$ id just go take a look
Poweer Shot by Cannon
Coolpix by Nikon. I have the 8200 CoopixHad the Power Shot loved it. Just got old. Coopix is $240 but great clear shots and the zoom (14) is incredible. Fairly quick shutter speed too.
