Let me tell you, I can understand. I am a HS teacher, and am 35 wks pregnant with my 2nd. After June, I will have 2 under 2, and we decided it wasn't worth the stress or small amount of net income for me to go back in the fall. I have spent many mornings extremely frustrated on my way to work, and many evenings with a tired 1yo that I never see. I looked around a lot before I even asked for more info.
