Coleman Personal Repellents, Natrapel Natural Repellant has no DEET.
What bug spray is safe during pregnancy?
Thanks Ladies... I'm going to look at the website
Coleman Personal Repellents, Natrapel Natural Repellant has no DEET.
we have found that just using Avon's skin so soft works well for repelling mosquitoes...I really like the oil that comes in a spray bottle I can spritz a little on my arms and legs and give a rub in and be good. I have also heard having a dryer sheet in your pocket will repel them. Citronella oil was what my mom always dabbed on us as kids, although I am not sure where you can find that anymore.
I thought your question was very interesting so I investigated b/c now I want to know
This is what I found:
http://www.babycenter.com/404_is-it-safe-to-use-insect-re...
Also they have clip on bug things that are supposed to keep them away.
The article mentions citronella oil being a safer alternative to deet, so maybe google bug spray with citronella oil and see what comes up or search walmart.com
I would also recommend Avon Skin-So-Soft. It is not sold as a bug repellent, but it works!
Try looking on www.ewg.com Its the Environmental working group and they are great at giving info on products that are safe. There are NOT many that are. Keep researching! You are smart to care!
