We use Baby Smart Cooshie Booster. I think we got it at Target. We've used it for my daughter since she was about 18 months and it works very well for us and is easy to clean.

If you are talking about a booster seat for a car, I recommend anything made by Britax.

I use the Evenflo Big Kid Booster. It converts to backless, and has a drink/snack cup holders that slide out of both sides. I bought mine at Walmart for $39.98 I believe. Very easy to put together, seems to have better padding than other comparable ones, and is sturdy. They also have a Deluxe model with an activity light and a pillow.
