Doesn't work, if anything they make you retain water for a fuller look ALL over.
I have a question about these herbal supplements that claim to increase your bust. I want bigger breasts..always have. But I'm petrified of doing anything surgical. Please, if any of you have used successfully any products please let me know. I'm desperate for my clothes to be a bit more filled.
I guess I'm gonna have to be brave and undergo the knife. To answer some of your questions I'm very small and stature and have bought many dresses that my boobs don't fill out. It's frustrating. And I have a stepsister who has gargantua boob syndrome.. So I'm not interested in huge , just one cup size

I agree with the grass is always greener posts. I was an A cup when I got married and after one child (and several pounds), I'm now a D cup. I much prefer the A's because there are so many cute clothes that I had that just look vulger with D cups. Changing your style to work with your body type is your best bet. If you still can't deal with it, you will have to go under the knife. It is the only thing that will work. If you are not already on the pill, that effects some women in the same way as pregnancy. It probably bumped me up to a B cup before my pregnancy.
Never heard of anything like that!
I know you said you are scared to do anything surgical but I had breast augmentation surgery done in 2004. I absolutely love the results. I had a great surgeon. The surgery itself was very easy and the recovery was also very easy. No pain at all, just sore for a few days. And I have had no problems with the implants.

Totally agree with your previous poster. I so wish I could wear spaghetti straps!
My response probably won't help you, but I just have to throw this in. Have you tried just wearing something different? I don't know your body type, of course, so I don't know exactly what it is that you're wanting to look good in. I'll tell you as a woman who has always had very full breasts, I am sometimes bothered by the fact that I cannot wear everything that I want.
When I was about 20-21, I wanted so much to wear a little spaghetti-strapped dress with the breast "triangles" or something backless. I had to come to terms with the fact that every thing isn't for every body. There are dresses/tops that I fill out that some others can't, so it's perfectly fine that there are tops that will be more fitting for a smaller bust. I gave up on trying for that look and just enjoy watching other women look and feel good in that clothing.
There's always gonna be something that you want to improve or even flat-out dislike about your body. Maybe the answer to overcoming it isn't to change your body (at the risk of harming yourself) but to make it work for you. Enjoy showing some sexy skin that I can't show because I HAVE TO wear an industrial-strength bra.
Neither build is good or bad; whatever you have going on, you have to tap into the power of it so you can enjoy the ride and be fabulously YOU!!!
not available any where (Boob Job Only)
I too have had small boob syndrome, but I now am 34 and I have had 3 kids, breast fed them all (still feeding the youngest is 1) my boobs have gotten bigger over the years. Don't know what they will be when I'm done, but I'm happy with what I have, even more my husband is happy with what I have. (used to be an A cup now about B/C - of course my butt is a little bigger too!) I'm sure your husband loves you the way you are.
Absolutely don't take any herbal supplements. They are a waste of money and could do harm. Definitely will not increase your bust.
Buy some inserts to wear in your bra. They make great ones now-a-days. Go under the knife if you really must, but know you may have to have surgery over and over again. Many times scar tissue forms.
Shae,
Just wanted to let you know I understand. I was an A before three kids and I just deflated from there, literally! :-( It is hard to feel sexy when you don't have any curves. Even though our men say they love us and our boobs, sometimes we just need to see/feel it ourselves.
Before you go through surgery (because it sounds like you really don't want to), may I suggest some high-quality padded bras? I've found nice ones from Victoria Secret and Fredricks of Hollywood that make me look fabulous under all sorts of clothes. Example: I didn't fill out a strapless bridesmaid dress - even the tailor that fitted the gown said I needed more padding - and a VS bra was the answer! Try on every type they offer to get the look & comfort you want. Don't settle for just ok: if you're plunking $50 for a bra, make sure it's perfect!
If nothing else, it will be a "quick fix" until you can get surgery. I've often thought about surgery, but I have mixed feelings (I have three daughters that are old enough to question things) and not much money.
Best wishes to you.

the only thing i have heard of working is the brava suction bra, it will only take you up one size. there is no herb to increase bust size, just as there is no herb to increase willy size lol.
go for an augmentation, try the brava, or try and get used to what you have.
