Has anyone tried body wraps? I was thinking of getting one does it work?
I guess your suppose to lose up to 13 inches. Please let me know before I spend $50.

Where are you having the wrap done?
I had a wrap before and although they are relaxing, the "inches lost" is a total from all over your body. Its also water weight so the "inches" dont last. The wrap was very relaxing though.
Body wraps work short term(speaking from my experience). I used to get them done before pageants. I never lost 13 inches, maybe 8-10 overall and the weight was back on in a few days. With this being said - i haven't had one done in like 15 years - they might have changed as far as better results. Hope this helps.
