Have you tried the post partum girdle for women from Ardyss Interntaional? It helps with a speedy recovery after childbirth by encouraging the internal organs to reposition themselves into their proper location. Compresses the uterus encouraging the easier expulsion of clots. Helps prevent hemorrhages e and provides proper support so you can be fully mobile in caring for your baby. Assists the muscles of the abdomen and the back.

What can I do next?

I've got to believe the only person who would make claims like that is someone who is profiting from selling them. No garment can effectively reposition internal organs, compress the uterus or prevent hemorrhages.

I had some other brand of maternity/post partum support garment and was uncomfortable after at most an hour at a time. My abdomen has not exactly snapped back to it's previous shape yet (maybe halfway at best) and my youngest is 18 months.

I think any post partum support garment would do exactly what you're describing, except for repositioning internal organs. Nothing can do that but your body, regardless of the amount of compression that is applied.

I have one from Medela. Helped with back pain after delivery, and I used it while working out to correct my diastasis. That's about it.
