I sell white bloomers with eyelet trim for $12 a pair - they can be plain or monogrammed for that price.

I have sometimes found some at Target, but I think they were a smaller size. Hannah Anderson is a good suggestion, but honestly, I've thought about opening a Bloomer Business b/c they are so hard to find!!!! I don't understand why people just don't sell them individually! Grrr! ;)

One of the stores in The Market in Frisco Square carries them. http://www.friscosquare.com/marketplace I think it is Stay My Baby...it is the one in the back left corner when you enter The Market.

Early in the Summer I bought some at Old Navy and at Hanna Anderson. But try Ebay. They may have some too.

I love bloomers! I used to wear them all the time instead of a slip under some of my skirts, but I haven't seen bloomers anywhere for years. I had a hard time finding them for my daughter as well.
You might try googling and find a catalog source.
