after my third, I developed some embarrassing leakage issues with my bladder. I have done exercises, I have tried medications but its getting to the point wear I probably am going to have to wear some sort of protective pad. I was just changing underwear like 3 times a day but now its not helping and i think its pad time. What do you use? its not bad enough for the big bulky diapers and do panty liners help or is that a waste of money?
I have done these and they really did do wonders but it didnt stop the minimal leakage issue I have it just reduce what I had previous

What can I do next?

It sounds like you need some Physcial therapy for your pevlic floor muscles. I would be seeing your Gyn or Urologist to get a referal. I am sorry this happening to you. I've have had Pevic floor therapy...Does wonders.

I agree with Lucky. PT is the best first stop. After that you may need surgical intervention - they call it bladder sling. t hey have a new technique for those who just experience while active vs. leaking all the time.
Talk to your OBGYN about a good PT recommendation and if that doesn't help, good surgeon.

Have you been tested for chronic uti or bladder lapse?
Poise and Tena have the best pads on the market imho.
I have a condition called interstitial cystitis and it was roller coaster to find it out over many years so i have a bit of experience with the pads etc and I have found these two brands to be the best so far. Someone else might have had better luck with affinity or something else. Both Poise and Tena have a range of liners. light, moderate, medium, heavy
Good luck with whichever you choose

Make an appointment with a Urologist about this. It can be fixed a lot of the time. I have used the bladder pads. They are much thicker than a sanitary pad and will hold almost a full bladders worth of urine.

One option instead might be wearing a regular pad, sometimes the overnight ones that are full size and not streamlined or thong like will be more than plenty.
