I have been using Baby oil for the past month until I read an article stating that it's harmful for the baby (since it can get mixed with the milk). So, appreciate if someone can share with me the safest oil/cream to use ....thank you

What can I do next?

Lansinoh...by far the best and safe for baby. Used it for both my girls. Can be found at drug stores, walmart, target, grocery stores...baby section. Congrats on the new arrival & kudos for breastfeeding!

Olive oil... I'm pretty sure it was the original "baby" oil or coconut oil which has a pleasant smell and both are very good for you & baby (and have antibacterial properties).

I agree with the food based oils and would take them over lanolin only because they are easier to spread around and use one handed. Try EVOO, grape seed oil, coconut oil (especially this one since coconut milk can actually be subbed for breastmilk in a pinch), safflower oil etc...

Any natural lotions or creams, just read the ingredients . While you are nursing you should not put anything on your breasts, the whole breast (not even soap in the shower, water only). If you have chapped nipples then put PURE lanolin on JUST the nipple.
If you were meaning a moisturizer to use on your breasts during pumping, it still should be nothing, it does not ensure a tight seal for the pump and can contaminate the milk. If you need to massage the breast to promote more milk, only downward strokes from top of breast to nipple, not back up, Down only, and use the more of the palm of your hand, real easy to do in the shower and on top of your shirt so it won't stick skin to skin.

Food based oils like olive oil or coconut oil. I've even used apricot seed oil as massage oil on myself and my infants. You can find it at a natural grocery store.
