Is your belly big or is it small and you just want to tighten it. My belly was big. I'm 41 and had about a 38 inch waist. I'll be honest I wasn't exercising or anything. I knew I had to loose some inches first. I just had no motivation. I started to use this diet patch and I have lost 6 inches in my waist alone. I am now trying to tighten my belly since there are less inches to deal with. So is your belly big? I would love to share this amazing patch with you if you have a big belly issue. If you're already in decent shape and just want to tighten up then you're probably already doing the right things just the wrong exercise.

Hi J.,

Lots of cardio and any ab exercise! Pilates is really good! and try cutting out " bad things" out of your diet if your eating them. sweets, fried foods, white breads, etc. good luck!!!

Crunches. Try doing crunches in all three directions: forward, left, and right. Also do three different heights. Raise up a couple inches each time and hold for 1 second at each height. Then go back to the floor and start again for about 20 reps in each direction. Try to work up to 3 sets of 20 reps in each direction. These really strengthen your core! Just be sure you're doing them properly so you don't strain your back or your neck and be sure you're breathing out (exhaling) on the way up and breathing in (inhaling) on the way down.

cardio, all the crunches in the world won't help if you don' t burn off that layer of fat first. Then try ab excerises, core training. Sodium, soda will make your belly pouch too. My hubby is a personal trainer.
