My daughter did that for the longest time to. She started to slep with one of my old shirts to bed to feel closer to me. I also left my bedroom door open so she could see me if she raised her head.
My 6 year old son has always gone to bed in his own room in his own bed...But every night he comes in my room at like 2-3 am and crawls into bed with me..My husband works 3rd shift so I don't realize he comes in because I am sooo tired and don't bother getting up and putting him back in bed..When will this stop and or how do I make it stop?

K.,
Last year, my then 5 yr old daughter did the same thing for a time bacause she was waking up to go to the bathroom and then would climb up in bed with us. After a while, I got pretty tired of this and I would get up as soon as I saw the bathroom light being turned on and when she was done her business, I'd escort her back to her own bed. I had to do it for about a week befor she finaly got the picture but now she goes back to bed on her own...Now if she can only turn the bathroom light off!
Good luck!
