Why not relight their baptismal candle (assuming they were baptized as infants) and each member of your family tell the child how they have seen God through him/her in the past year.
Hi Moms! I am looking for special ways to celebrate my kids Baptismal Birthdays! I already throw them a little party, but I am looking for other ideas as well...maybe something I can give them every year that they can look back on or keep as collectibles, etc. Any thoughts are appreciated! Thanks!

I love Annie's answer about having family members say how they have seen God in the child! Better yet, have them write it down and keep it in a special scrapbook! They could read it aloud after you have lit the candle.
Or maybe each year, take a new scripture verse, and write about what it means to you. Again it could be a scrapbook type of thing. You could get as fancy (illustrations, photos, etc) as you wanted (or not). You could get different family members to do it each year too--one year Grandma, next year Grandpa, uncle, aunt, Godmother, Godfather cousins, etc. In later years it would be priceless to have something in the handwriting of these people (after they are dead--not to be morbid or anything, but it is something precious).
Spiritual jewelry--crosses, lapel pins etc is another possibility.
Have fun with it! Blessings to you

Give them willow tree angels/figures to start a collection.
How old are the kids being baptised? I know a lot of my friends give there children there very own set of really nice scriptures on this day.
A charm bracelet with a new charm each year might be nice for a girl. No ideas for a boy though. :)
I love willow tree angels!
