I have a friend named Chaunlevet, ( shaun-le-vay ), we call her Charlie. I also like the name Chandra (Shandra).
Hello everyone Im in need of some help naming my fouth daughter. I would like the name to start with a C, and the name that I did like Is Camryn but beginning to not like it anymore. My other daughters names are Kaila, Corrine, Kamille. Any help that you can give me with a name would be greatly appreciated
Sorry for taking so long to reply back. I think all of you for your responses but the truth is that I still am on the fence for a name for thi child. I am beginning to think that its going to be something other than a name that starts with a c. I feel like giving up and let my family members pick the name. I do want to say k you for all the names they are lovely but again im still at the beginning . Thank you again and sorry

Courtney :) I also liked Camryn and Corinne when in the naming game! Courtney is my 1st daughter, and I was set on Camryn for number two. But when she came along, we decided against it for those silly reasons you decide not to go with a name. Your daughter's names are beautiful - I am sure whatever you pick will be just as sweet! Good luck!
Here are some names I got from a baby book that I felt had some pretty unusual names in it.
Carissa, Karina, Calandra, Caliana, Calina, Calida, Calinda, Callen, Callia, Calyce, Kiva, Carella, Karsen, Karsten, Castalia, Keara, Cora, Kelcey, Cecily, Cassidy, Celina, Cerelia, Kaia, Ceres, Chantal, Chanel, Charis, Cecilia, Chiara, Kiara, Colette, Kyla, Ciara, Kanela, Kolby, Connelly, Cordelia, Carly, Karolina, Cybele, Cydney, Cypress, Cyrilla, Kabira, Kacey, Kadia, Kalani, Kalara, Kalea, Kalena, Calista, Calla, Campbell, Kira, Keelin, Coralie, Coral, Kylie, Keely, Kassia, Karisma, Keanna, Kearney, Kellan, Kendall, Kendra, Kennedy, Keriana, Kesara, Khalila, Kiandra, Kirby, Clara, Kenzie
Also try this website- I found it to be really helpful when I was coming up with names. It lets you pick a few names for inspiration and it will generate names that it thinks you will like. You can block names you don't like too. You can save the names you like and email the list to someone else.

Also, keep in mind that sometimes you may not know what to name the baby until you see her. It was this way with my son. We brought a list of 5 or 6 names to the hospital because we were not sure what to name him yet. I had a c-section and was totally out of it from the anesthesia. But as soon as I saw my son, I had this moment of clarity and thought Benjamin. My mother and my husband also felt this way as soon as they saw him but none of us told each other until later on that day. When I found out that we all had the same immediate response, that was it, my son had a name.
How about Carina? I think it flows with your other girls. Good luck. And, God Bless you - 4 girls!
Hi B.,
What pretty names your girls have. There are lots of great C and K names, but to avoid being too rhyme-y or match-y, with what you already have, I'd probably pick Cassandra. I might also do a different play on the sound you've used for the other girls and do Charlotte.
Good luck!
God Bless all of your girls!
I have three nieces, Clea, Calla and Chiana. Their mom is Colette and their aunt is Carolyn.
Best of luck!
I like Carys. It is Welsh for "beloved".
I like Callie, Kayleigh, Kyra, and Camryn. My neighbor's daughter's name is Camryn and they call her Camie. I had a friend in school who went by Kami.
Good luck!
We have three boys and I'd love to have one more.
L.
I just had my daughter in October and named her Carly. Hope that helps.
Christine is my name and I really like it. I never went by Chris or Chrissy. I also like Caitlyn.
Calista I really liked that one but was not allowed to use it :(
How about Candice, you can call her Candi for short. It is not that common, but I think it is adorable. I know a few people with that name who are my age and they are the sweetest people I know.
Hugs,
T.
Hello! I really like my name: C.. Never had any horrible nick names and I rarely run into too many C.'s either! Cosette is nice too. Good luck!
You're C crazy just like me! My kiddos are Cody, Kaitlin, Connor, Karina, and Cambria - Our dogs are Copper and Cali (short for California) :) My best advice is to see what she looks like when she arrives. If you listen to her very quietly, in the calm when everyone has gone home for the evening and it's just the two of you, she'll let you know when you've got the right one.
I always like to start with a nickname that I really like and then see what names fit. The girls all go by Kaitie, Kari and Cami. I love Kamille. Your girls also have very elegant names so maybe look at something traditional to match. My girls always started off by pronouncing Kaitie's name as Kaylee, which I actually like too.
Good luck and congrats on your wonderful family!
Hi B.,
My daughter's name is Kara Lynn though we took the Kara part from a friend named "Cara". You're welcome to it. :0)

My 4th child's name is Carissa - not all that common. You could spell it with two rr's and one s if you want it to be more similar to Corrine's spelling.

I didn't have girls, so never got to use one of my favorite ideas for a girl's name: Cana. (Pronounced KAY-nuh) It's from the Bible, it's the name of the town where Jesus did his first miracle, turning the water into wine. She'd get a lot of jokes in high school and college about the alcohol thing, but it's such a graceful name and I imagine she'll be a miracle in your life!
This is a fun one!
Hm...
Catherine
Chloe
Crystal
I love the name Corrine! my 5th grade teacher had a daughter with that name and i've loved it ever since!
I've always loved "C" names too for some reason. I love the name Cecelia (my good friend has a new baby neice with that name - they call her CeeCee). Also great names: Chloe and Cadence!
Good luck! Wish you a happy, healthy pregnancy! Let us know what you decide!!!
How about Carolyn? Casey? Carly? Cara? Congratulations!

I don't know if anyone suggested, but you can also check with social security website and they list the top 100 names for the past 100 years! You can type in a name to see how popular it is the past few years. I found it very helpful.
Hi B.~
What about Caroline (my daughter's name). I loved the classic, old-fashioned sound of it...and it is a family name. When she was an infant, my son started calling her Carly, which I also like.
Good luck & God bless!
K.
