I have tonz of boy clothes from 0-18 months gently used and some baby furniture that I just don't know how do I go about selling them.

We donate to Hope's Door (Women's Shelter) in Plano. There are a lot of moms out there starting over. You also get a tax incentive when you donate, just make sure you have a detailed receipt for the IRS.
We have donated clothes, computers, washer, dryer and furniture. In the event that it is something large, they will arrange to come pick it up.

If you think any of the items could be resold you might want to go to "Once upon a child" they have five locations around town. They buy everything from baby gear and clothing to toys etc....you could also trade the items for something more suitable for your childs age.
A few things you can do is 1 - donate them to your church, or I'm sure your church has a place they donate to if they are not in need. 2 - resale shops: you'll receive 50% of your asking price. 3 - Consignment sales (they're usually seasonal) and will receive 70% of your asking price & they'll donate what doesn't sell. 4 - Craigslist. 5 - There's another resale online but I don't remember the name of it, but it's specifically for children's items and clothes and you can auction or sell them like ebay. You can Google some names to find it.
If you need locations of some resale shops let me know. I only know of 3 in the Dallas area.
You could also donate them via Freecycle or sell them on ebay, too.
