I personally do not like those names together. Too much" a" for me. I do like the suggestion of anya. Thay sounds pretty to me!
We're expecting our second daughter July 3 and having trouble with names. We tend to like feminine Slavic names - our first is named Nadia. For our second I like Sonya, Karina, and Darya. Thoughts? Also, my husband hasn't rejected these but isn't sold on them either and he so far likes Ella but isn't sold on that either. I"m wondering if there are neat ways to combine any of my choices with his for a middle name. Suggestions? Thanks!

What about Anya? It is almost a combination of the sounds of all the names you have considered? I also like Ella Karina. Good luck!
My daughters name is Ella :)
Be careful though, it is super popular right now.
I know someone who combine her name and her husbands- Leslie & Mark, and named their daughter Markley. I loved that name!
I love Sonya and Karina. My daughter is Sophia, our next daughter (if we have one) will be Olivia, Briannah, Chloe or something along those lines, what about Caroline?
Anya Or spelled Anja
Aleena
Just do a Google search on "Slavic girl names."
Katyana
Katerina
Katya
Anja~~Anya
Anka
Alina
Martina
Marlena
Natalia
Indra~Hungarian form of Andrea
Kalina
Ellayna~Alaina~Elena
Oh duh you didn't ask for names. These are some of my faves though. I like Slavic names and I do like your choices.
What about Ella Danica?
Ella Karyna
Ella Natalya
What about Iliana? Not sure of the spelling but I heard this and thought it was lovely (el-ee-an-ya or ill-ee-an-ya).
Can you combine two - Karina and Ella... Karella?
I love Brynn, but hubby didnt. :(
I like Cheyenne Nicole. Not quite what you were going for but still feminine.
I had problems choosing a girl's name too when expecting my daughter. we named her Kassidy Elaine.
I've gotta be honest...the only name you mentioned (or that anyone has suggested so far) that I like is Ella.
What about Carissa? Ella Marie is really cute.
Dava is Slavic. Also Mila.
Ella is becoming popular again - so far - i have 4 friends that have named their daughter Ella - Ella Grace, Ella Maclean, Ella Marie and Ella Sabrina...
Now, I like the name Sabrina....Veronica, Samantha, Alexis or Aleksia....my husband is partial to Natasha....he's Russian...
CONGRATULATIONS AND GOOD LUCK!!!
I like Darya, we almost named our daughter Darya (or Daria), but ended up not. Similar is Daryl (like Daryl Hannah)...or Dhariana...but you have to think of the playground implication (Diarrea?)...but its kind of like Rhianna...Rhianna Elle sounds pretty...point is if you do the first name ending in a, try Elle for the middle instead of Ella - like Elle MacPherson. Good luck!
I like Ella Karina as well. It rolls off the tongue sweetly.....
I like Ella and Karina. I also like Natalia and Natasha a lot, but I don't know if they are too similar to Nadia for you.
Congrats!
I like Avonelle. The "A" sounds like an "O."
I think Karina is very pretty. We know a lot of Ellas and Emmas, so I'd pick something a little different.
Emma is nice...Miryana is also slavic (mee-ree-ana) and I love it.
since ella is so popular why not combine them into one name-ellakarina?
You need to see how a first and middle name go with your last name. But I do like Sonya. Middle name... what about Elena? It's a variant of Ella and has a musical flow to it.
My SIL names her daughter Saige...and threw in the "i" at the hospital. I joke with her that her teachers are going to think she is East Indian because of their last name....Sande...and because they live in an area with massive amounts of diverse populations. Looks like "Sai-E-gEE San-Dee" instead of "Sage Sandy".
BUT what I thought was cool was that she took her name, Lisa, and her mom's name, Diane, to make a middle name of: Lianne.
Hope that helps and congratulations!
PS Like Natalya
I LOVE Finley, Monroe and Elle Jae..
I love Sonya! I know two beautiful sisters named Nadia and Sonya :)
I like karina, Elena, Natasha, Danica, Hana, katarina, magda, magdalena, Mariana, Mira, mischa/misha. Ella is cute too! Congrats, I have two girls it's a lot of fun!

What about Chessa or Marina?
