Has anyone used Maid Brigade? I'm thinking of having them come about every 2 weeks to super scrub the bathrooms. They have a pretty good rating on the Better Business Bureau, just wanted some reviews. TIA!

I have had nothing but problems with Maid Brigade. The girls who answer the phones and schedule your cleanings tell you info that isn't correct or say "yes" to your specific request and then play dumb when your request isn't followed through with. They have horrible communication skills and are never consistent. I just fired them this week and am looking for a new cleaning company. If you do decide to go with them, I hope you have a much better experience than I have.
If you live in the area they service I would highly recommend Buckets and Bows. They are have integrity, references. and a BBB rating. I know they service the Flower Mound area.
