Anyone Try "-Of-the-month" Clubs? Ie, Dessert

We did a California Wine of the Month club, and it was great!!! First because if we didn't want to drink it right away we could save it until we did want it ( no spoilage). We found some terrific wines and brands we would have never know of. Next, because if we didn't like a certain brand of color...we could gift it to someone else.

You can have live or prepeared Maine lobsters delivered directly to your door... either meals, soups, or just ala carte. My In Laws LOVED it!

My in-laws love the "fruit of the month" club from Harry and David's. That company also offers a "flower of the month" but I don't have any experience with that. We've ordered their fruit before and it is always exceptional and well-packed. I also like that you can choose 3, 6, or the whole 12 months and you can choose a "light" package that has about half the amount of the "original" if you're just ordering for a single person or couple whose children have left home.

If you're specifically looking for desserts, I don't believe that Harry and David's offers an "of the month" for those, but they do have "towers of treats" that are also packed nicely and taste remarkably good considering that they've been shipped to you!

My dad has given me 2 "of-the-month" clubs from Harry and David. 1 was cheesecake and it was wonderful!!! The other was fruit and that was wonderful, too. I would LOVE another subscription of either!! The fruit was THE BEST fruits we have ever had!!!!! SOOOOOO good, fresh, juicy, delicious! My kids couldn't wait for the delivery each month and the fruits were gone right away. The cheesecake was fantastic, too. I would recommend either.

My husband and I did the cake of the month club through Amazing Clubs for my mother in law because she LOVES cake! She said she loved it, and I did get to try some of the cakes as well, and I agreed. The only complaint we had was that because you got them shipped, they all had to be sort of plain unfrosted (just iced) type cakes and she tends to like more of a frosted type cake. Hope this helps!
