Jose M. Flores Gonzalez, M.D. is a Pediatric Gastroenterologist that also has a subspecialty in Adolescent Medicine. He is well respected by his peers and by his patients.

It was so encouraging to us to see a patient who moved to Port St Lucie still making special trips to continue care with him. I think that says a lot! Also patients that becoming adults still wanted to continue under his care.

My son saw a Pediatric Gastro. After seeing one for a few months (one that was recommended to you - in the Broward area), and being told that we simply had to deal with our baby's symptoms we went to Dr. Tano down at Joe Dimaggio. Wish we would of done that months before, instead of taking the local choice. I know you asked for Boca area but let me tell you - After having a horrible experience I would probably drive a few hours to see these drs.Dr. Tano was amazing and I know his co workers are also. His immediate response was "He would find an answer" and he did after 1 test! Everything they do is at Joe Dimaggio where they are use to working with kids everyday which helps the testing situations.
My pediatrician did also recommend Dr. Adams###-###-####) in the Boca area to me..Dr. Tano was his 1st choice for me and Dr. Adams was his 2nd.
Good luck! I don't know this Mom's situation but I am sure it's a stressful one if they are see a Gastro.
