Morning
You note in your profile that you are 43.. that said, consider that a drop in your Estradiol level might be contributing to the belly fat, which means, a supplement may not work too well.. When our Estradiol falls, we become more Progesterone dominant and that can lead to insulin resistance , which makes eliminating belly very hard to do. What I found helpful in order to get rid of the bulge is to eliminate and or reduce insulin/cortisol raising foods such as stimulants like caffeine, chocolate, sugar(s) , some fruits with a higher glycemic rate and other insulin raising foods such as refined/processed carbs. when your insulin rises, it can become a fat block and even if you were exercising , it still becomes difficult to lose weight.
I have mentioned before in several posts that Dr. Vliet (who specializes in women's health/hormones) has some good info out there in her books and or on the net with regard to women's hormones and the role they play in weight, emotions and just about every aspect of our being.
Check her out.. I found her work very helpful..
P.S. Dr Vliet is out of Scottsdale,AZ...
good luck to you
