some ideas:
"snack size" ziplock bags - the ones that are about half the size of sandwich bags

mini-size treat bags (craft stores would have these in the section where the candy making supplies are

squares of cellophane or cling wrap, tied with a strip of curling ribbon

plastic easter eggs

Get the large box of animal crackers and some of the little snack sized zip bags. Put a handful of the crackers in each bag and zip it shut.

I have seen pre-packaged animal crackers at our Super Wal-mart in the cookie section. I cannot remember the brand but they are the plain, unfrosted, beige kind. The packaging is red and blue. Its not the generic brand but not a big name brand either.

Or, doesn't Mother's brand make those pink and white frosted animal crackers (cookies) in lunch pack size?

Have a fun party!

Costco also has the Annie's bunny crackers packages in bags and the frosted animal cookies in bags. I used those for my son's birthday.

They are out there, I've done this many times. Try the regular grocery store - in the snack aisle, they usually come in a box covered in plastic wrap with 10 or so packages inside next to other snacks packaged the same way - cheese nips/oreos/tiny chips ahoy/teddy grahms. There's also the animal crackers that come in a box with string handle that should be there too.
