NO NO NO! Almond milk doesn't have enough of ANYTHING in it. They take almonds, yes the nuts that kids can't have until at least 12 months, and grind them, then run water over them until they get enough of the "Milk". One cup of almond milk is equal to 4 almonds.
If the baby is having issues, then she should try a sensitive formula. But, if it is still spitting up after that, then it is probably a milk protein allergy and she may need to go to a hypoallergenic formula like Alimentum or Nutramingen. WIC will pay for these if she needs them and qualifies, it just takes a paper from the doctor. Soy can be very constipating and has a lot of hormones, so my ped. didn't like it and doesn't recommend it.
She needs to do something besides almond milk, rice milk, cow milk, goat milk, etc. Formula is a baby's main food until they read 12 months but many still need it after that first birthday.
