I am looking for a place for my children to go to after school until I arrive home from work. I am a single mother of a 6yr old and a 7yr old. They will be attending Camelot elementary school.
Have you checked with the school to see if they have what they call the KINS Program. What school district are you in? I know that you can probably call the school district and see if they offer any after school program. I know that the after school program that my children are in is free.

The school district has an after school care called K.I.N. (kid's involvment network). It is actually alot less expensive than a day care center & is located at the school.
Camelot is in NEISD, right? Have you looked into the KIN program? It goes from the time school's out until 6:00 right there at the school. They might be full, but you could check. A lot of school's don't fill up. You can check through the parent portal or call the KIN office at ###-###-####.
