I am having problems getting the last 15 pounds of baby weight off. My bother suggested I try Advocare. Has anyone ever tried that? What pros and cons do you have the product?

My sister pimps that stuff out all the time. Here's the thing...the plan calls for better eating and exercise. She is not losing weight, because of the poducts. (And, she's not losing it quickly.) She's losing weight, because she is eating well and moving!! It's expensive. Just eat better and exercise. That's the ONLY way to lose AND keep weight off. Any of these lose weight quick schemes (HCG, and all those) just make you pack the pounds even more when you stop the program.

Honestly, the best way to lose weight is lifestyle change and old fashioned hard work. Let your body work naturally to get in balance and in shape with a healthy, balanced diet and exercise.

I wanted to lose about 10 lbs. Just changing the way I was eating caused me to lose 5 lbs in pretty short order. Then I added working out (love the Jillian Micheals stuff!) and I ended up losing another 5-6 lbs. I am 41 and am in the best shape of my life!

The Advocare 24 day challenge is very good. You need to eat clean. They are very good products in my experience. The cleanse is amazing and you feel awesome.

I heard about it. I heard good things, but I don't have a personal review.

You could go to Amazon.com and read the reviews. I find that the best way to get info on a product.

I don't like to shell out cash for yucky diet food. What's working for me and the people in my office is cutting carbs. Not the traditional Atkins thing, but cutting processed carbs and eating healthy lean meat and cheese and tons of green veg. You'd be amazed at the results we're getting. And excercise of course. We are all on a Zumba kick and let me tell you, it's impossible not to lose weight doing Zumba!
