Advise on How Much to Pay for a Used Stroller

$70 for a Peg Perego is awesome!!! They cost about $300 retail for a double. I have the Graco Duoglider and have been very happy with it. I say go for the one on consignment. If it looks like it's in good shape it probably is. I would buy it if I were you.

go to some yard sales on a saturday. there is usually a listing in the free community courier newspaper, and now since the weather broke, they are everywhere!!! i look for all the ones in my area that have baby gear and hit them first. we got our double front and back stroller last year for a dollar!!!! for baby items especially, this has been where we acquire lots of our stuff, since it's usually in great shape, babies don't wear things out, and the parents want to get rid of the stuff taking up half the space in their attics. we get things for soooo cheap that would cost an arm and a leg in the stores!!! there are also lots of churches having flea markets/yard sales in their parking lots where you can get great deals. happy hunting!!!

That is actually alittle high but it is a peg perego stroller and they are very expensive when you buy them brand new. check craigs list first then i would probally buy.

If you look on the internet the newer models of double strollers in this brand range from 300 to 800 dollars. I would say that this is a good deal as long as it is in good condition. You can also find brand new double strollers at Wal-mart for around a hundred dollars. I got mine at Wal-Mart and am very satisfies with it.

Depending on exactly how much you want to pay for the stroller I just picked up a new one for about $90. It's called the Evenflo take me too stroller. Only downside is it only has a tray in the front but other than that it's great. I had one before and it got lost when I moved so i went and found another cause I love it. As double strollers go it folds quite small to cause the tray in front folds down. L.: I am not sure where you live, but I have a side by side stroller that I am no longer using. It worked great for me. You are welcome to it for free if you live close enough to pick it up.

Peg Perego is supposed to be a very good brand name. They are also usually very very expensive. You might want to search online and see if you can find how much it sold for when it was first sold. Also, check the condition of the stroller before you agree to buy it. Overall, it sounds like it is a pretty good deal but double check online to be sure.

Check the internet to see what a stroller like that costs brand new. Also check comparable brands of the same type of stroller. That should give you the basis of whether its a good price or not.

You might want to think about checking out multi-family yard sales in developments too, they always have baby equipment for pretty cheap and this time of year there are tons of them.

I'd also check 1 or 2 other consignment stores, or call them and see if they have any strollers like that. so you don't waste the trip.

Those are GREAT high end strollers so I think it's a decant price. You could probably find a Graco cheaper if you look hard enough but if you just want to get it over with I'd go for it. I wish I knew about these 2nd hand shops a few years ago when we had to buy our front to back stroller new at almost $275! Good Luck!

That's a good price for a double stroller. Espacially a Peg Perego. They are very expensive.
