walk! You have to do some kind of cardio to get that off. I walked after my last daughter 4 miles, 5 days a week. I carried her in a baby sling and my mom pushed my oldest daughter. I also breastfed and that helped alot to. But if you walk or do some cardio it will come off! Good luck with the new baby!

don't worry you will be chasing a two year old and having a baby so you will get them off. when you go to the park walk and climb the steps to the gym and play wiht your son and you will burn it off....

I was the same before weight and I was 200 when I delivered. This is my first child and I only lose like 26-30 lbs. I cant break this plateau that I have been stuck on. If you get any good advice let me know I could really use it. I have tried pretty much everything.

Walk and bike. that's how I did it. And I didn't even do it every day, about three times a week worked for me, about 3 miles each time. My dh and I got a tandem bike, pulled the smallest kids in a trailer and the older ones rode their own bikes. It's a great way to spend the summer months. I also bring my oldest walking with me, and it gives us some nice alone time. But often I just hike in the woods for some solitude.
I weighed in at 195 with my last birth and I'm at 150 now. 10 more lbs to go! I try to watch my portions, too. But if you will be breatfeeding, just make sure every calorie is nutrient rich, eliminate empty calories like candy, soda, etc, but don't worry about the calorie totals until the babe is about 6mo.
