We are also going through something similar. My 3 1/2 year old has been wetting the bed at night, but only this past week. She did it for three nights in a row. She went to her dad's house (my ex) and did it over there too. She hasn't peed the bed since she was 2 1/2. Last night, we had a dry night, but that's probably because I not only made sure she peed before she went to sleep, but also got up in the middle of the night and took her again. Another thing I've noticed with her that if she eats a lot of sugar that day, she is more likely to wet the bed. I noticed this when she was younger, but the nights she wet the bed, she had a lot of sugar. We had a party and have left over cake, cookies, etc.
My daughter is also going through a difficult age behavior-wise. She likes to pretend she can't talk, but will only make little whimpering noises. If I try to ask what's wrong, she only does it more. I tell her to use words, but that does nothing to get her to stop. We got her picture taken today and she spent over half the session pretending she couldn't talk and wouldn't smile either. It's funny though because the picture I chose was a really cute one where she wasn't smiling.
