Legends Martial Arts offers birthday parties for that age group. Their number is ###-###-####. The kids have a blast, and it takes all the stress off you.
I am in need of some ideas for my son's upcoming 3 year old birthday party. We have had it at our house so far and rented a bounce house. I was wanting to check into having it outside of our home but can't find a place that is suitable for toddlers. I already know about Chuck E Cheese but in my opinion there really isn't much for a toddler to do there. Any ideas are appreciated.

I agree about Chuck E Cheese. I always find it strange to have a bday party somewhere where the kids all go in separate directions and no one plays with each other.
I think anywhere with indoor bounce houses is a great option for kids this age. My kids have always enjoyed places like Pump It Up, and now LOVE Boomerangs (my 7 year old says it's better than Pump It Up because the birthday child gets to sit in a huge inflatable chair during cake and presents). We've only been to the one in Flower Mound, but they also have one in Hurst. I just went online and all of their bday prices are there (weekday party for 8 kids is $99) - and they have a coupon for 10% off on their "promotions" page.
Good Luck!
Check your local Recreation centers, we did my dds at one and it was VERY reasonable and they all had a blast!
If you enjoy having the party at your home, I offer a great entertainment option that keeps the children busy and is a wonderful take home gift, as well. And you get to sit back and enjoy the party while I take over the children.
