i found this - hope it helps :)
For 1-3 year olds try to serve the following each day:

2 to 3 cups of milk (or yogurt, cheese and pudding).
4 servings of fruits and vegetables. (Serving size: one tablespoon per year of age.) One serving should be high in vitamin C and another in vitamin A.
4 servings of bread and cereal. One should be an iron-fortified baby cereal. A serving is about 1/4 to 1/3 an adult portion (1/4 slice toast, 1/4 cup pasta).
2 servings of meat, beans, eggs, tofu, or peanut butter. A good serving of protein should be served at every meal. One serving equals 1/2 ounce.

At this age, your 13 month old should be eating 3 meals a day with 1 or 2 snacks. I know it sounds like a lot, but most kids this age can eat the foods you're eating. Snacks can be cheese, rice crackers, fruits or other foods you know your little one loves! -www.weelicious.com

Children don't seem to eat as much as they have around a year and my pedi said this is normal. I would offer her breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, dinner and evening snack. All people are different and I think we should follow our children's cues as far as eating goes. Some kids don't want a morning snack, but some need it. Some kids like 6 small meals a day and some 3-4 larger ones. Offer the food or snack and she'll eat if she is hungry.

She should be having 3 meals/day , a couple of healthy snacks like fruit and 2 bottles/sippy cups of milk (around 4-6oz per bottle). That is a rough guide , all kids are different and if your child is satisfied after eating and is not asking for more an hour later then I would say she is probably getting enough , just make sure what she does have is good , healthy foods and not empty calories and fats from things like chips.

I just read an article that said a 10 month old and on should be eating 6 times a day, 3 being meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) and 3 being snacks (I offer puffs, wagon wheels, mum mums, dried fruit pieces, crackers, yogurt, jello, fruits, veggies, cheese, etc.) and milk (or formula/breast milk depending on the childs age), juice or water with all meals and snacks. My DD is 11 months so she gets bottles in between, once in the morning, 1-2 times during the day and 1 at night.

Hi B., she should be having 3 meals and 3 snacks a day, some people have a tendency to over feed their kids worried that they are not getting enough to eat and the child obeasety is at an all time high. What I did when i was raising my children and what i do for my daycare kids, is have fruit on hand always this way they have healthy snacks, fruit usually won't spoil their dinner, and I always kept things like cherrios, crackers, things like that hand for snacks. I don't think that anyone feels their children are eating enough. Their little tummies are very very small and a few bites to us can fill them up for a day. Keep healthy snacks out constantly so she can grab them whenever she is hungry OR ask her many times during the day if she is hungry or wants a snack. She won't go hungry. She will eat when she wants to eat. Just make sure you give her a vitamin every single day so her little brain will have all the nutrients it needs to develop properly.
