All of the Moms have been so helpful before for me that I am again asking for some ideas on what to put on my daughters 100 day t-shirt for school. They want 10 groups of 10 items on the shirt that they will wear to celebrate 100 days of school. I figure I could put safety pins and buttons but I am drawing a blank after that. Any ideas would be great! Thanks again.
What about letting her use stamps and fabric paint to decorate her shirt. (10 duck stamps, 10 frog stamps, 10 butterfly stamps, 10 flower stamps...etc.) As far as attaching things to the shirt, you could do sequins, rhinestones, bows, beads...That's all I've got!
I glued googly eyes one year.
You could use fabric paint and 'sponge stamp' hearts or other small shapes onto the t-shirt.
How about a 100 strips of ribbon hanging from the bottom of the shirt like fringe?
10 different colors. If you sew you could tack them on.. Or iron them on with sewing tape.
Those little fuzzy pompom balls, fake gems, snaps, 10 small fake flowers, draw something with fabric paint, go to a michaels or ac more and take a look around :) have fun!
Buttons or beads are probably easiest (and safe).
We didn't do tee shirts when my son was that age.
Kids did posters and projects (paper clip chains, rubber bands, gluing Cheerios, etc).
We made a mosaic tile and grout trivet using 100 tiles of different colors that spelled out '100'.
My son got 100 FireFighter signatures from the FireHouse where his dad works. You could just do 100 signatures.
My daughter listed her 100 Favorite things and we printed them up on iron-on transfer paper and stuck it to her shirt.
Since you're doing 10 groups of 10, why don't you do one or two lists of her top ten favorite things, like Top Ten Favorite Foods or Top Ten Favorite things to play.
Then type them up on the computer, print them up on transfer paper (you can get it at Michael's or any craft store (probably even Target), and iron them on the front and back of her shirt. If you don't want to ruin a good shirt, you can also buy cheap t-shirts at Michael's just for the 100th day. I still have my daughter's and she loves it. It's kind of like a time capsule, too, because so many of her top 100 things are forgotten about now. LOL

What about iron ons? Or attaching a bead to the safety pins? Or gluing gems - sparkly!!

she could paint her hands and fingers for ten fingers, then do the same for toes. She could group her favorite movies, books, foods and you could use a fabric marker for that.
