Traveling on Train with Ergo Carrier?

Hi! I have an active 15 month old boy that I have to take with me on the train once a week. I don't want to use a stroller bc it is always crowded on the train and I don't want to go through the hassle to find elevators. I was thinking of getting an Ergo carrier but was wondering if a 22 lb baby is too heavy for it? And do you think he would be too heavy to carry in the front? (He doesnt like being on my back in my Moby wrap) Thanks!

I hear different things: 1) let him cry it's good for him but only for 15 minutes at a time or 2) don't let them cry, they perceive this as abandonment and retain subconscious...

Need Advice on a Stroller and Other Infant Gear

Hello. I am trying to figure out the best stroller situation for my son who is due in August. We are going w/a bigger car seat, not one of those infant carriers that fits in a stroller, so I need to figure out how to transport the little one. Should I just put him in a sling and carry him until he can sit up in our Jeep jogging stroller on his own or should I sell the Jeep and get a stroller that converts to a baby buggy set up so he can lay flat until he can sit up. I already found a stroller that converts and it is not that expensive I...
