Outdoor Activities for Toddlers?

Hi! I'm wondering if any of you know of any great outdoor activities for toddlers- in a group setting or not. My 2.5 year old little boy loves to fish with his dad, loves animals, trucks/tractors, pretend tools, stuff like that. We have done story time at the library and arts/crafts activities but he is getting bored with these fast. I checked into Lowe's build and grow workshop but the minimum age on their website is 5+. Thanks so much!

Home Party Ideas

Hello Mamas - My baby girl is turning 6 in July and has asked to have her party at home. Which is fine, except that I don't know what to do with a group of 10 6 year olds for 2 hours. My princess wants to set up our slip and slide (which isn't really a slip and slide it's a tarp that their daddy truned into one) and just play in the yard. But I'm scared that won't keep them happy enough. We have a kids sprinkler that I could also turn on. But would it be OK to just have these kids come over to play in our couple of water toys, eat cake...

What Should We Play?

My son has just turned 17 months old. I sometimes feel like he gets bored when he plays. Well he isn't really bored, but I am just wanting some new ideas for activities. He loves animals, balls, blocks, books, crayons, cars, pots and pans, all the regular kid stuff. These can be things for us to do together or just for him. I don't know if he quite gets pretend play (I said lets be lions and he just likes when I roar and then he does it, but that is about the extent of it).
